Common questions
Are you licensed in Maryland?
Yes. Preston East Solutions LLC is licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC #169689). You can verify any contractor’s license on the Maryland Department of Labor website.
How much of a deposit do you require?
Maryland law limits a home improvement contractor’s deposit to one-third of the contract price. Your written contract will spell out the deposit and payment schedule tied to project milestones.
Do you do plumbing, electrical, or HVAC?
Those trades require their own Maryland licenses. When a project needs them, we coordinate the work through licensed trade partners so it stays on one schedule and one point of contact.
